Is the price in the designer the price I pay?
Yes. Our prices include tax, so the figure quoted is the figure you pay. We confirm your measurements before a single metre is cut; if the window measures differently, the price is adjusted before work starts.
Do I need to sign up?
No. You can design and see your full price without an account. Saving a design asks only for your first name and phone number.
Do I have to measure the window myself?
Type in your best measurement to see the price. We then confirm every measurement with you before anything is cut. Or book a free home visit and we measure for you.
Can I pay online?
Yes. Order in the designer and pay online by card:

Most single-room orders are ready in 5–7 working days after payment. Large, motorised or unusual jobs take longer.
Can I order several windows at once?
Yes. Use “Add another window” in the designer for each window and they are priced together, line by line. For a whole house, a hotel or an office, a free home visit is often easier.
