Curtains and blinds are made to your measurements, so they cannot be resold. That is why the rules below depend on whether cutting has started.
1. Cancelling before we cut
- You can cancel at any time before we confirm your measurements and start cutting. We refund everything you have paid.
- If the price changes after measurement and you do not wish to go ahead, you can cancel for a full refund.
- Special-order fabric bought in specifically for you may carry a cancellation charge equal to the cost of that fabric. We tell you before ordering it if this applies.
2. Once cutting has started
- Once fabric has been cut to your order, the order cannot be cancelled and the made-to-measure items cannot be returned or refunded, except where they are faulty.
- Tracks, poles and fittings that have not been cut, installed or unpacked can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund of their price, less any delivery cost. Cut-to-length rails cannot be returned.
3. Faults and mistakes
- If a product is faulty in the making or the fitting, or does not match the specification you approved, we repair, remake or replace it at no cost. Tell us within 7 days of installation, with a photograph on WhatsApp if possible.
- If we measured and the curtains do not fit, we put it right at our cost. If you supplied the measurements and declined a visit, remaking is charged at our normal rates.
- Natural variation in fabric colour or texture, and differences between a screen image and real cloth, are not faults.
4. Changing an order
- Before cutting, you can change fabric, colour, heading, rail or size. We recalculate the price and settle the difference before continuing.
- After cutting, changes are treated as a new order for the parts affected.
5. How refunds are paid
- Card payments are refunded to the same card, usually within 7 – 10 working days of our confirming the refund. Bank transfers are refunded to the account they came from.
- Payment-provider fees that we cannot recover may be deducted from a refund for a cancellation that is not caused by us. There is no deduction when the cancellation is our fault or follows a price change after measurement.
6. How to cancel or report a problem
