1. Who is responsible for your information

This policy explains what we collect when you use the curtain designer, save a design, book a home visit, place an order or contact us, and how we use and protect it.

2. What we collect

Your design. The room, window size, fabrics, colours, heading, rail and fittings you choose, and the estimated price. If you upload a photograph of your own room, it stays in your browser and is not sent to us.
Contact and delivery details when you book a visit or order: name, phone number, email, address and city, plus any notes you add.
Order details: what you ordered, the amount, how you paid and the stage of the order. Card details are entered on our payment provider's page and never reach us.
Messages you send us on WhatsApp, by email or by phone.
Basic technical information such as the browser and device you use, so the site works properly. We do not run advertising trackers.

3. How we use it

To show you your design, save it under a Design ID and open it again when you return.
To measure, make, deliver and install your order, and to keep your order page up to date.
To arrange and carry out a home visit.
To answer questions, confirm measurements and prices, and deal with any problems.
To keep the records we must keep by law, such as invoices.

We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing messages unless you have asked for them.

4. Where it is stored

In your browser. Saved designs, visit requests and order pages are stored in your browser's local storage on the device you used. Clearing your browser data removes them; keep your return link or Design ID to get back to a design.
With us. Visit requests and orders reach us on WhatsApp and, where connected, in our shop system, so that we can carry out the work.
With our providers. Payments are handled by our payment provider under their own privacy policy. Google Maps links on the site open Google's service under Google's policy.

Only the people needed to complete your order: our workroom and fitters, our payment provider for payments, and a delivery service if one is used. We share what the law requires with authorities when we must.

6. How long we keep it

Order and invoice records: as long as the law requires, normally 7 years.
Visit requests and saved designs: until you ask us to delete them, or after 12 months of inactivity.
WhatsApp conversations: as long as needed to complete the work and handle any follow-up.

7. Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we do not need to keep it by law.
You can use the designer without giving us any personal details. We only ask for them when you book a visit or order.

8. Cookies and local storage

This site uses your browser's local storage to remember your design, your saved designs, a half-filled visit form and your order pages on this device. It does not use advertising cookies. Our payment provider may set cookies on its own pages while you pay.

9. Changes to this policy

We update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows the current version.
